Due to the instant digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once photo generation has begun. All sales are final.
Why No Refunds?
Our service is unique because:
- Instant Delivery: AI photo generation begins immediately after payment
- Digital Product: Generated photos cannot be "returned" like physical goods
- Resource Usage: AI processing consumes computational resources instantly
- Artistic Nature: AI creates artistic interpretations, which are subjective
Before You Order - Important Information
Please understand these key points before purchasing:

Our AI creates artistic interpretations of your appearance, not exact replicas. While we use advanced technology to preserve facial features, the AI generates creative interpretations (achieving approximately 30-40% facial similarity). Think of it like a professional artist painting your portrait - it captures your essence with creative interpretation.
Quality Guidelines
- Reference Photos Matter: Upload 3+ clear, well-lit photos for best results
- AI Limitations: Results depend on reference photo quality and AI capabilities
- Unique Results: Each generation is unique and may vary in style
- Preview Samples: Review our sample gallery on the homepage before ordering
Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Issued
We will consider refunds only in the following circumstances:
1. Technical Failures
- Complete failure of AI generation system
- Payment processed but no photos generated
- Server errors preventing photo delivery
2. Service Issues
- Photos cannot be downloaded due to our technical errors
- Email delivery fails due to our system issues (not user's email problems)
- Duplicate charges for the same order
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:
- ❌ Subjective dissatisfaction with AI artistic style
- ❌ Expected exact facial replicas (we create artistic interpretations)
- ❌ Poor quality reference photos provided by user
- ❌ Change of mind after generation begins
- ❌ Personal preference for different poses/locations/styles
- ❌ Results not matching user's imagination
Cancellation Policy
Before Photo Generation Begins
- Possible: Cancel before clicking "Generate Photos"
- Full Refund: Contact chetu.k02@gmail.com immediately
- Time Limit: Must be within 10 minutes of payment
After Photo Generation Begins
- Not Possible: Cancellation requests cannot be honored
- Reason: AI processing has already consumed resources
- Alternative: Order additional photos if you need more variety
How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our technical failure exceptions:
